ERIK FIX is a Project Manager in the Development & Construction Department with over 19 years’ experience in general contracting, development, construction management and project management with companies such as White Construction, the University of Michigan and Siemens Medical.
Erik’s responsibilities include functioning as the Owner's Representative in obtaining Township, County and State approvals, hiring civil engineers, consultants and general contractors for site development and managing the mobile home community expansion projects for his client, Sun Communities.
Erik received his Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University and his Masters in Construction Management from Eastern Michigan University. He has earned his PMI certification.
