Trader Joe’s is a unique, neighborhood grocery store that focuses on what matters most - great food at great prices. This new store will feature the brand’s festive décor mixing traditional Trader Joe’s cedar covered walls and Hawaiian inspired elements throughout the store combined with a local flare including art that celebrates the neighborhood. Construction of the new Trader Joe’s is expected to commence in May of 2016 with the new store opening  early 2017. Trader Joe’s will be located along Haggerty Road at the main entrance into Northville Park Place.

One Society is a premiere salon specializing in upscale hair services and luxurious spa treatments. One Society is scheduled to open in summer of 2016 along 7 Mile Road.

Brain Balance Achievement Centers, opening at Northville Park Place in the fall of 2016 along 7 mile, also have locations in Birmingham and Oxford.  They bring help and hope to Detroit metro area families by providing new options for children dealing with ADHD, Dyslexia, Asperger’s and other struggles with behavior, socialization skills and academics.

“Our focus is on continuing to attract a diverse and high profile mix of tenants to Northville Park Place—further solidifying this one-of-a-kind development’s reputation as the preeminent regional shopping destination in southeast Michigan,” said Strietzel. “The Haggerty corridor offers optimal visibility and access for our tenants to thrive. We look forward to announcing additional tenants to Northville Park Place in the coming months that will serve our local community for many years to come.”
