Project Summary

This Schostak Brothers & Company, Inc. / Chuck Miller Development Co. Joint Venture is a 40 acre retail development in southwest Indiana with a 67,910 square foot Kohl’s store that opened on October 3, 2007. The second phase of this project will consist of up to an additional 200,000 square feet of big box and retail space that is projected to open in spring/summer of 2009.
