WONDERLAND VILLAGE

Wonderland Village

Project Summary

Schostak Brothers and Company, Inc. is creating a hybrid, lifestyle-like comprehensive redevelopment of one of Michigan’s longest established shopping center sites. Using both a zero-based approach and cutting edge design, Wonderland Village uniquely includes two of the world’s top merchants, Target and Wal-Mart.

Phase I will be anchored by a 203,000 SF Wal-Mart SuperCenter and 126,742 SF Target, the 98,000 SF Wonderland Village brings a city feel to this densely populated suburban Detroit Market. Heavy traffic on Plymouth and Middlebelt Roads will have a projected gross volume of over 100,000 vehicles per day. Combined anchors sales are expected to be over $150,000,000 and another 150,000 sq. ft. of space is available for additional anchors. The site plan approved ground-up redevelopment will open in the summer of 2007. Phase II will include a third anchor.
