WONDERLAND VILLAGE

Wonderland Village

Project Summary

In the fall of 2007, Schostak Brothers and Company, Inc. unveiled a hybrid, lifestyle-like comprehensive redevelopment of one of Michigan’s longest established shopping center sites. Using both a zero-based approach and cutting edge design, Wonderland Village uniquely includes two of the world’s top merchants, Target and Wal-Mart.

This project is anchored by a 203,000 SF Wal-Mart SuperCenter and 126,742 SF Target. Wonderland Village brings a new exciting feel to this densely populated suburban Detroit Market. Plymouth and Middlebelt roads boast a strong daily traffic count of over 100,000 vehicles per day. Planned future phases will accomodate additional major anchors or new retail space.
