PAULA GOLDMAN-SPINNER has over 54 years of experience, 48 of which have been with Schostak Brothers, in several areas of the real estate industry and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Wayne State University.
Her professional experience includes tenant construction, building renovations, building development, maintenance supervision, purchasing, leasing, tenant relations, collections, accounting, legal and promotions.
Although recently retired from the day-to-day oversight responsibilities for the management of a variety of company-held real estate interests, Paula continues to consult in these areas on a regular basis and remains responsible for the leasing activity of the commercial office sector.
Throughout her career, Paula remained active in a leadership capacity on a variety of community and real estate-based boards on both local and national levels and has been honored to receive multiple awards throughout her career for her on-going dedication and commitment.
